2+ Weekend House – Contemporary Container House

2+ Weekend house, the contemporary housing unit at Trebnje, Slovenia. This house was born because the sky high price of real estate in the contemporary world, make the developer search alternative housing solution. The ConHouse system of small-size housing container units, which takes the housing/office ISO container to the next evolutionary level. The 2+ is a two-level mini housing unit composed of two containers perpendicular to each other. It shows that a minimal number of containers combined in an innovative fashion offers fresh yet functional architectural solutions. The upper container provides a projecting roof above the entrance as well as serves to shelter the back terrace. The ceiling of the bottom container is also a terrace of the first floor.

It’s 8-foot stainless steel hourglass like masterpiece that features a folding dining table and ten perfectly fitted chairs. Imagine your guests be in awe when you unfold the sculpture and get the dinner table ready in just a matter of seconds!
